Q: What types of scents will you offer?
A: Our collections will feature a diverse array of scents inspired by magical realms, ancient forests, cozy taverns, mystical libraries, and other enchanting settings from your favorite fantasy worlds. Q: What materials do you use in your candles?
A: We craft our candles using premium soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils. We believe in quality ingredients that create a clean, long-lasting burn while delivering captivating scents that enhance your reading and gaming experiences without overwhelming them.
Q: What materials do you use in your wax melts?
A: Our wax melts are crafted using a soy wax blend of coconut, sunflower, and soy waxes. We also use the same phthalate-free fragrance oils as our candles in our wax melts and our wax melts are hand-poured into recyclable clamshells. We believe in using quality ingredients in our wax melts to deliver captivating scents that enhance your gaming and reading experiences in a way that leaves you guilt-free.
Q: How long do your candles burn?
A: The magical glow of our candles varies by size, but you can expect approximately 40-50 hours of burn time from our standard 8oz candles. For the most enchanting experience, we recommend burning your candle for 2-3 hours at a time.
Q: Why does the top of my candle not have a smooth surface after it's cooled from being lit?
A: Since all of our candles are handcrafted with 100% soy wax rather than the more common soy-paraffin wax blend, you may see deformities in your wax surface after it cools. This is completely normal and is a magical side effect of our candles having been crafted with this type of wax.
Q: Will you offer sample sizes or candle sets?
A: Yes! We understand that every adventurer has their preferred magical atmosphere. We currently create themed collections that complement specific genres, settings, or gaming campaigns which can be found under the "Signature Collections" tab in our Menu. We also plan to offer sample sets that allow you to explore different scent realms or collections before committing to full-sized candles in the near future. Q: What is your return policy?
A: We pour our heart and magic into every candle, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we'll work to make it right. Because candles are personal items, we cannot accept returns on burned candles, but we value your satisfaction and will address concerns individually.
